There is good reason why "propemphthentes" should be rendered "set forward" here as in {vi 28328}{/vi}; {vi 28783}{/vi}; {vi 30665}{/vi}. No doubt the heart of the saints was with them, not with the legalists; but there was considerate and affectionate care for their wants by the way, whether or not there was any escort, as in chapter 21:5, which some conceive here.
