Garner

Concise Bible Dictionary:

Same as “granary,” a storehouse for threshed grain and for the fruits of the earth. It is mentioned in the New Testament as a receptacle for wheat (Psa. 144:13¹³That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets: (Psalm 144:13); Joel 1:17¹⁷The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered. (Joel 1:17); Matt. 3:12¹²Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. (Matthew 3:12); Luke 3:17¹⁷Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
