Gary and Elaine live here. They like their home where they live with Daddy and Mommie. Many poor boys and girls do not have a home.
The Lord Jesus did not have a home on earth, yet He has prepared a home in heaven for all those that love Him. He tells us in John 14:22In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (John 14:2): “In My Father’s house are many mansions... I go to prepare a place for you... that where I am there ye may be also.”
To be in His presence is home to those who know Him as their Saviour. Can you say, Heaven is my home, and “I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psa. 23:66Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. (Psalm 23:6).
