(male camel). An eastern prince (Ezek. 23:23²³The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses. (Ezekiel 23:23)).

Concise Bible Dictionary:

An unknown people or district classed with those whom Jerusalem had courted as lovers, but who would be its oppressors (Ezek. 23:23²³The Babylonians, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them: all of them desirable young men, captains and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses. (Ezekiel 23:23)). The Vulgate does not treat it as a proper name, but translates it principes, “noblemen.”
