The Gift of God

The Egyptian water-carrier may often be heard calling out―"The gift of God―the gift of God," as water is called in Egypt. There is another gift of God spoken of in the Bible. Have you accepted that gift? Here it is―"The gift of God is eternal life" (Rom. 6:2323For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)). Is that life yours? Hear how you may know it―"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life, and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:3636He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)).
