You can then email the pdf to [email protected] and reference the names and addresses of both sender and receiver. The sender will be billed for the product and the mailing thereof. Lamination is assumed for small orders, is not assumed for larger orders. If ordering a significant quantity, please specify whether lamination is wanted or ot.
