Use of the bow and arrow, an important art in Biblical times (Gen. 27:33Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; (Genesis 27:3); Isa. 22:6; 49; 26And Elam bare the quiver with chariots of men and horsemen, and Kir uncovered the shield. (Isaiah 22:6) Psa. 127:4-54As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
