As for Me

JOS 24:15¹⁵And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15)

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

(Joshua 24:15)

This was a tremendous decision of Joshua’s. He had seen both sides of life - that lived away from the Lord, and that lived following the Lord. And he chose to dedicate his life in service for God. He made the commitment for his family too. As you mature and perhaps get married and have a family, our prayer is that you too will take sides with the Lord and live for Him.
