And it came to pass, while He blessed them, He was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
Yesterday we read about Paul’s trip to heaven. His stay didn’t last very long. But while he was there he saw Jesus. Our verse today tells us how Jesus went back to heaven. His work on earth was finished, He said good-bye to His disciples and then God received Him back as a man into heaven. And He’ll be a man in heaven forever. The story of the love and grace of God is a wonderful story - and one that is one hundred percent true. Our Savior is alive, at the right hand of God in heaven - today.
