The Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake.
“The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich.” Solomon penned those words. Potiphar sure found out the truth of them. Potiphar was probably an idol worshipper who thought of the “luck” of finding such a great slave. But God was, in the background, caring for a young person who had been rejected by his siblings and was alone in a foreign land. The Lord will never forsake us either.
