Here we have an example for us to follow. It’s good to get together on Lord’s Day and spend a little time thinking about the cross and the death of the Lord Jesus there. This is a day that is fast becoming just like any other day - a day of pleasure and relaxation. Let’s treat this day differently. It’s the Lord’s Day and He should be the center of it. When was the last time you remembered the Lord’s death? He has asked us to do it as often as we can until He comes. I encourage you to do so. It is a very special time.
