(cow-cheese). A curd, or curded milk, evidently meant (Gen. 18:8⁸And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat. (Genesis 18:8); Job 29:6⁶When I washed my steps with butter, and the rock poured me out rivers of oil; (Job 29:6); Judg. 5:25²⁵He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish. (Judges 5:25)).
