CHRISTIAN SCIENCE

HOLY SCRIPTURE
There is no matter."
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." Gen. 1:1.
Man is incapable of sin."
All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Rom. 3:23.
Man is never sick."
They brought unto Him all sick people." Matt. 4:24.
There is no death."
It is appointed unto men once to die." Heb. 9:27.
Man is co-existent with God."
As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth." Ps. 103:15.
God is not a person."
The express image of His person." Heb. 1:3.
The Virgin Mother conceived this idea of God, and gave to her Ideal the name of Jesus."
When He cometh into the world, He saith,... a body hast Thou prepared Me." Heb. 10:5.
Jesus is not the Christ."
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ." 1 John 2:22.
The material blood of Jesus was no more efficacious to cleanse from sin, when it was shed upon the 'accursed tree,' than when it was flowing through his veins."
Without shedding of blood is no remission." Heb. 9:22.

The personality of Jesus not to be worshiped."

Church of Christ Scientist."
Many shall come in My name... and shall deceive many." Mark. 13:6.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the standard of truth by which all teaching is to be weighed; and He is not to be weighed by the teaching of any man or woman.
