Of every man that giveth it WILLINGLY with his heart ye shall take My offering. (Ex. 25:2)

My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves WILLINGLY among the people. Bless ye the Lord. (Judg. 5:9)

His princes gave WILLINGLY unto the people. (2 Chron. 35:8)

The chief of the fathers and princes … offered WILLINGLY, and gave, for the service of the house of God. (1 Chron. 29:6‑7)

To their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were WILLING of themselves. (2 Cor. 8:3)

When He had sent them away, He departed into a mountain to pray. (Mark 6:46)

Our Savior went at early morn    Before the break of day; Before the hours were spent or worn,    He sought a place to pray.

We need the solitary place    For study, thought and prayer: We need the strength and added grace    He gives while kneeling there.

He giveth more grace when the burdens grow       greater;    He sendeth more strength when the labors       increase; To added affliction He addeth His mercy;    To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace.

When we have exhausted our store of       endurance,    When our strength has failed ere the day is       half done, When we reach the end of our hoarded       resources,    Our Father’s full giving is only begun.
