I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men. (1 Tim. 2:1)

Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. (Gal. 6:2)

Thou who makest intercession,
Give to us to share
In that holy intercession;
Deepen prayer.

Keep Thine own alert, courageous;
Strengthen them to stand
Till Thou comest or we meet them
In Thy land.
