What is the exceeding greatness of His power to usward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. (Eph. 1:19‑21)

All that blessed work is done; God’s well-pleased with His Son; He has raised Him from the dead, Set Him over all as Head.

And I claim for myself the promise    And just begin to praise, For He says I am saved by trusting,    And I trust just as He says.

And He tells me there is cleansing    From every secret sin, And a great and full salvation    To keep the heart within.

Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all. (Phil. 2:14‑17)

In Jesus Himself (the Father’s delight), The saints, without blame, appear in God’s sight; And while He in Jesus our souls shall approve, So long shall the Father continue His love.

In Jesus, free grace all blessings secure; We know and rejoice that all things are ours; And God from His purpose will never remove, But love us, and bless us, and “rest in His love.”

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth. (1 Cor. 13:4‑8)

Unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. (Eph. 4:7)

Could we ever the marvels of that love discern?    Could we fathom the depths of His grace? Through eternity more of its riches we’ll learn,    Of the One who has died in our place.

Our Saviour beseeches us ever to show    This, the greatest of all virtues given; For by love to each other shall other men know    The heart of our Father in heaven.
