Boyd’s Bible Dictionary:

(collected). That part of Jerusalem north of the old city (2 Kings 22:1414So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college;) and they communed with her. (2 Kings 22:14)).

Concise Bible Dictionary:

The Hebrew word signifies “second part,” as in the margin of 2 Kings 22:1414So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college;) and they communed with her. (2 Kings 22:14) and 2 Chronicles 34:2222And Hilkiah, and they that the king had appointed, went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvath, the son of Hasrah, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college:) and they spake to her to that effect. (2 Chronicles 34:22). It may refer to a part of the city where there was a school. The Rabbis derive it from “to teach”; hence “the school” of the prophets.
