God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus.
Paul knew what it was like to be depressed. He was “cast down.” The pressures of life had got to him and God sent Titus to him to help cheer him up. God is a God of comfort and He loves to comfort those that are discouraged. He may do it with a verse from the Scriptures. He may use the visit of another Christian to help you in your struggles. He may do it by giving you the sense that He is right there beside you. Don’t be discouraged. God cares.
