So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes.
Jesus was a wonderfully compassionate person. Sickness and suffering were on every side and so many times we see the Lord reach out to those in need and meet that need with a heart of genuine love for His people. Leprosy, blindness, lameness and even death were not an obstacle to the Lord. He could heal them all. And He did it with compassion. What a wonderful Savior we have.
