A private in No. 3 Canadian Hospital says: — “Dear Sir, I asked for one of the Testaments, and I could not, get one anywhere, so I have got one of your postcards that I had given me before I went away into hospital from the regiment; so I thought I would write and ask you if you would send me one if you had one to spare. I have been away from the regiment about a fortnight, and the man I asked for the postcard was the doctor of the battalion, and he gave me the one I am sending in this letter.”―PTE. A. G.
