He commanded, and it stood fast.
The world was formed by the word of God. The account of creation in Genesis repeats many times, “And God said,” and whatever He said happened. Man has tried to explain the development of life forms from one level to another in the widely accepted “theory of evolution.” Life simply cannot form from nothing. Only God can make something out of nothing and create life. As another has said, “God made something out of nothing because there was nothing to make it out of. Then He hung it on nothing because there was nothing to hang it on!” Creation is intricate, complex and exceedingly wonderful. God is the author of it.
