Got an Error?

The first thing to do when you encounter an error is to sign out and clear your browser’s cache.

• Google Chrome

• Click the “Customize and Control” button in the upper right corner and choose Settings.

• Click “Show advanced settings.”

• Under the “Privacy” subheading, click “Clear browsing data.”

• The keyboard shortcut to get to this same place is Ctrl+Shift+Delete.

• Make sure “Cached images and files” is checked.

• Select any other options you wish.

• Click “Clear browsing data.”

• Internet Explorer

• Choose “Tools” in the menu bar and select “Delete browsing history.”

• The keyboard shortcut to get to this same place is Ctrl+Shift+Delete.

• Make sure that “Temporary Internet files and website files” is checked.

• Select any other options you wish.

• Click “Delete.”

• Mozilla Firefox

• Click the “Open menu” button in the upper right corner.

• Click “History.”

• Click “Clear Recent History.”

• The keyboard shortcut to get to this same place is Ctrl+Shift+Delete.

• Make sure that “Cache” is checked.

• Select any other options you wish.

• Click “Clear Now.”

• Safari

• Choose “Edit” in the menu bar and select “Empty Cache.”

• The keyboard shortcut to get to this same place is Ctrl+Alt+E.

• Click “Empty.”
