If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.1 – There is none righteous, no, not one: there is none that understandeth. … They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable.2
Ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.3 – I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.4
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.5
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.6
What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?7

Fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.1
Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. … I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no savior. … I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.2 – They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; none of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him: for the redemption of their soul is precious.3 – I have found a ransom.4 – God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ.5
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.6

Can two walk together, except they be agreed?1
Having made peace through the blood of his cross. … You, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight.2 – In Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.3
If, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ.4
Our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.5
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.6

It is I; be not afraid.1 – When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I am the Lord thy God, … thy Savior.2
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.3 – Emmanuel, … God with us.4
Thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.5 – If any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.6 – Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?7

Necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! … What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.1 – They called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, … We cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.2 – The love of Christ constraineth us.3
I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: … Thou wicked and slothful servant, … thou oughtest … to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.4
Go … to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee.5

I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.1
By one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.2 – He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.3 – I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.4
The gifts and calling of God are without repentance.5 – Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?6 – The Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.7 – So shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.8
This is not your rest.9 – Here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.10

I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee.1 – I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love.2 – I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.3 – Behold the Lamb of God!4 – As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.5
Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.6 – We love him, because he first loved us.7
My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; the fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.8

And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.1 – Ask what I shall give thee. And Solomon said unto God, … Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people.2 – And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.3
Asa cried unto the Lord his God, and said, Lord, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power. … O Lord, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee. So the Lord smote the Ethiopians before Asa.4
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.5

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.1 – Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.2
He that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.3 – Christ … suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps.4
Godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.5
I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.6

I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.1
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.2 – Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the Lord our God.3 – I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.4
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.5 – He restoreth my soul.6 – O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.7
Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe.8
I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.9
