Disobedience

1CH 10:13¹³So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the Lord, even against the word of the Lord, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire of it; (1 Chronicles 10:13)

So Saul died for his transgression . . . against the word of the Lord, which he kept not.

Saul sinned a double sin and God took his life. The first major sin that he committed was the sin of disobedience. That’s what got Adam and Eve into trouble. And that’s what gets everyone into trouble if they won’t believe the gospel. Those who reject the gospel are really being disobedient to God, who now commands all men everywhere to repent. The end result of disobedience to God is death. We pray that everyone who reads this calendar has made a decision for Christ. You’ll never regret it.
