And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
We as Christians may sometimes be content to make excuses for not participating in evil. It is well that we have no fellowship with the evil; however, God would have us know that we also have a responsibility to remind others of the wrongness of their deeds. “Open rebuke is better that secret love.
