Comparing it with verse 10, it is evident that the "we" of verse 4 applies to the enemies of Israel. It was they who asked, "What are the names of the men that make this building?"-their object being to report these transgressors of his commandment to the king. It is still Satan working behind the scene, and whenever God acts on the earth through His people, Satan immediately counterworks.
