Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
When I was still at home, we always had one day a week when we had leftovers for supper. My mother would reheat the fragments that remained, and we would have a complete meal on them. I wonder how many times we let the “little” messages from God’s Word fall to the ground and pay no attention to them when in fact they would make a complete spiritual meal for us. Think about the little things today. You’ll be surprised what a feast there is in them. It may take some effort, even stooping to the ground, but you’ll fill your basket.
