Thou art good, and doest good: teach me Thy statutes.
David had learned how good God was. Later in his life king David showed some of God’s goodness to the lame grandson of the late king Saul. David had obviously learned from the Lord’s teaching. When we grasp the fact that all our eternal blessing has been planned for us by God BEFORE He made the world, then we realize just how good God is and that He does us good all the time.
