A bishop is an overseer, one who watches over those in the assembly and cares for their spiritual needs. In {vi 29734-29739}1 Timothy 3:2-7 we get the Scriptural qualifications needed for the position of oversight in the Church. One of the necessary requirements is that they must be of good behavior.
