Thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of GOOD DOCTRINE.
Good doctrine is that which is according to Scripture. We can get into the habit of teaching one-sided truth because that pleases the audience better. But God is faithful and tells us both sides of the picture in His Word. Let’s get into the habit of teaching good doctrine. Don’t forget, though, that before you can teach it you must learn it!
