1TI 2:9-10⁹In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; ¹⁰But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. (1 Timothy 2:9‑10)

Women adorn themselves . . . with GOOD WORKS.

A kindness, a whispered word of encouragement, a postcard to a friend far away, a visit to someone who is sick, listening to another young person who is in trouble, sharing in the sorrow of one whose heart is breaking - these are some of the things that you, Christian women, can do in your labor of good works. Our verse says that they are to “adorn themselves.” That means that your good works are a part of your daily wardrobe. You are this way all the time. Others will be able to see Christ in you if you live this verse.
