Hide not Thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline Thine ear unto me.
This is a prayer that perhaps many of us pray at times. Things can get so tough that it seems as if even the Lord is not listening. Do you ever feel that way? O, but He is there. He is listening. He knows that you’re in trouble. He wants you to trust Him and call to Him. You’ll remember when Peter walked on the water to go to Jesus and he started sinking, that it wasn’t until Peter called for help that Jesus reached out and picked him up. He wants us to call. Don’t be afraid. Only believe.
