[The two angels]  .  .  .  entered into his house; and he made them a feast.
The two angels who had enjoyed Abraham’s hospitality at noon now came to Sodom at sundown. Lot’s reception was kind and he made them welcome. But before they retired for the night, the homosexual men of the city (old and young) demanded to be allowed to use Lot’s visitors for their perverted pleasure. What a contrast from the quiet, serene, happy fellowship they had experienced in Abraham’s home. The world’s evil knows no bounds, and today God is again about ready to destroy not one city but the whole world because of its sin and wickedness.
