WRONG! David had come to fight the battle, not watch it. David’s purpose had been misunderstood. Don’t worry if people misunderstand you. Satan can use others’ reactions to what you do as a real hindrance to the work of the Lord. In our chapter today David was not turned aside from his purpose and he challenged, met and overcame the enemy.
