This is a good verse for each of us. James says that “the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity.” How easy it is to sin with our mouth. Unkind words, spoken in haste, bad or foul language when you’re in the crowd at school, no words of thanks for those who are kind to you - these are ways that we can sin with our mouth. Remember to put your heart in gear before you open your mouth.
