En la cita de Mateo 1:21,21And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. (Matthew 1:21) “Llamarás Su nombre Jesús, porque Él salvará a Su pueblo de sus pecados”. ¿Cuál pueblo? el pueblo de Israel. ¿El pueblo de quién? de Jehová. ¿Qué quiere decir Jesús? “Jehová es Salvador”. Si quien me dijera “¡Jesús no es Dios!” fuera algún religioso; le mostraría algunos versículos bíblicos: Juan 1:1 Para demostrarle que Jesucristo no fue creado al principio; Juan 10:3030I and my Father are one. (John 10:30) para decirle que el mismo Jesús afirmó ser uno con el Padre. Vemos claramente que los atributos que solamente le corresponden a Dios también le fueron otorgados a Jesús. Dime primeramente, si en la Santa Biblia afirma, o dice que Jesús no es Dios, cuando verdaderamente el Señor Jesús afirma: “Yo y el Padre, uno somos” ... Al decir Jesús no es Dios: tal pensamiento es vano, no tiene fundamento, lo dice así, porque escuchó a otros lo mismo, lo cual lleva a la persona a ser puramente teórico y nunca averiguar el porqué de lo que está ocurriendo, y poner en práctica. Pero recordemos siempre de que solamente de Dios proviene la sabiduría y el entendimiento. En medio de un mundo corrompido y mentes sucias, la idea de un relativismo absoluto se ha levantado como respuesta a todo orden de cosas. Principal responsable es nuestro enemigo el diablo quien lo ha utilizado —el relativismo absoluto— para negar la existencia de una verdad, de la verdad, diciendo y haciendo creer al mundo que son muchas las formas de obtener seguridad espiritual eterna, que son muchos los libros que nos pueden ayudar a satisfacer necesidades espirituales, le ha negado así, a la Biblia, la autoridad que le corresponde como la Palabra de Dios, inspirada plenamente por Él, y por ello mismo infalible, actual y con un mensaje vivo. Es la Biblia el medio que Dios ha utilizado para revelarnos Su voluntad y mostrarnos las más preciosas verdades que hace al cristianismo no una religión más sino una verdadera y sublime relación entre Dios y Sus hijos; una de las verdades más grandes es la venida a la tierra de Dios hecho carne. Su nacimiento fue profetizado “ ... un Niño nos es nacido ... y llamará Su nombre Admirable, Consejero, Dios fuerte, Padre eterno, Príncipe de paz” (Isaías 9:66For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)). Nos dice aquí, la Biblia; que Jesús es Dios fuerte; además el mismo Jesús dijo, cuando Satanás le tentaba en el desierto “ ... no tentarás al Señor tu Dios” (Mateo 4:77Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. (Matthew 4:7)), es decir, Cristo se reconoció Dios, y muchas veces también tomó nombres que le son dados a Dios ... Otras citas también muestran la Deidad de Jesús, estas son, compare: Isaías 43:3,113For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. (Isaiah 43:3)
11I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour. (Isaiah 43:11) y Mateo 1:2121And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
