(spread out). Act of offering. The offering itself (Lev. 2:4⁴And if thou bring an oblation of a meat offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil. (Leviticus 2:4)).

Concise Bible Dictionary:

Anything presented to God. All the Hebrew words so translated are also rendered “offering,” except maseth in Ezekiel 20:40⁴⁰For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord God, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.
