Philosophy is defined as “the love and pursuit of wisdom by intellectual means.” Man loves a mental challenge. Colleges churn out thousands of people who have spent a good deal of time in the pursuit of wisdom by intellectual means. NEVER use this approach to spiritual things. Godly wisdom is only obtained directly from God, through prayer and reading His Word. Be very careful of philosophy. It can get you into all kinds of difficulty.
