A mother writes to me: —
“I have a son (R.E.) who, on his final leave a week or two since, said, ‘Some of the preachers hand out anything but the right thing. What do we want to know of Browning’s or Omar Khayyam’s views of the hereafter?’ One man next to me said, ‘Whatever is he talking about?’ Please pray for him; he is not a professing Christian, but this may be God’s means of bringing him in.”
