(drinking-vessel). Pots of various designs, sizes, and uses. Made of clay or metal (Lev. 6:2828But the earthen vessel wherein it is sodden shall be broken: and if it be sodden in a brazen pot, it shall be both scoured, and rinsed in water. (Leviticus 6:28); 1 Sam. 2:1414And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the fleshhook brought up the priest took for himself.
