DOWNLOAD RTF TO SEE PROPER STYLING
Go to the pressroom computer (PC-PressRoom),
log on as Tim (Kaiser)
Start VMware,
Icon in the taskbar looks like:
Resume RIP Output, wait till it’s loaded, then resume Prism GUI.
To resume a vm, open its tab, and click: “Resume this virtual machine”
In This PC, double click the “R” Drive. It may be called ‘d (\\di_server4) (R:)’
If you’re able to open the drive & see the Output folder, close it – you’re ok to start the next process
(If not, and the RIP Output is running, disconnect the drive, and add a new network drive.)
Toggle between \\10.1.10.127 and \\di_server4. So, if It’s connected by the IP, disconnect and reconnect by the host name. and vice-versa.
The folder to connect to is the d drive, not output or bitmap
Open the ‘DI Rip’ from the desktop.
Click through the different messages.
Wait for it to process.

If it doesn’t load, make sure there’s a file in:
X:\Production\RIP Input
Make sure the PearlRip has a green check mark:
