Foolish mistake. Money cannot ever get you into heaven. Good works, kind thoughts, attendance at church and Sunday school cannot even get you into heaven, much less can money. No, the cost to get to heaven was so large that not even the richest man in the world could pay the price. Only Jesus could do that and in order to gain salvation we HAVE to believe in Him. Nothing else will do. He paid the price for sin. All we have to do is to believe it and accept Him as our personal Lord and Savior.
