By His own blood He entered in once into the holy place.
Only one person was allowed into the holy place inside the temple and that was the high priest. And even then he had to bring blood with him or else he would die. The Jewish high priest always brought the blood of another - a lamb or a young goat. But our High Priest, the Lord Jesus, brought His own precious, perfect, sinless blood into the holiest of all. And by this He opened the way for us to go in too. We also have to carry the blood of another - the blood that the Lord shed on Calvary. But now we can go into the holy place and be at peace with God. Our salvation cost Jesus everything.
