I will greatly rejoice in the Lord . . . for He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation.
Where did the “garments of salvation” come from? They were made available through the Lord’s death on the cross of Calvary and His resurrection from the dead three days later. Those of us who have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ are clothed in perfect garments, fit for heaven. God sees no spot of sin in us, because our sins have all been washed away in the blood of the Lamb. Our salvation is perfect.
