THIS IS HARD. Self-control! It’s a constant battle. Your thoughts run away with you. You love to eat (and it shows!). You started looking at sensual pictures in magazines. One of the Christian’s big challenges is to exercise self-control. Self-control is part of the fruit of the Spirit. Are you allowing the Spirit to have the control of your life?
