Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness. (Romans 12:6‑8)
are gifts of service - so that we are able to help and build each other up. The exhorting talked about in verse 8 is rendered by some as an “encourager.” Perhaps you have this gift. Being of service in this way often goes on behind the scenes, but it is extremely important. Ask the Lord to guide you in how you may be of service to others as an encourager.
