Sin

A NUMBER of children were once asked the question, "What is Sin?" They wrote their answers on their slates. One wrote, "Sin is lying." Another wrote, "Sin is swearing." Another, "Sin is disobedience." But another gave the best answer. It was: "Sin is just having your own way,"
Yes! to do my own will, to go my own way, is sin. And everyone of us has done this; therefore everyone needs salvation. There is only one way to be saved, and your name is in this verse which tells of it.
"This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners." 1 Tim. 1:1515This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. (1 Timothy 1:15).
Look well at the twentieth word. It means you!
