I will go in the strength of the Lord God.
There is no other strength that is better or stronger. We often make the mistake of doing things in our own strength. Many times they end in disaster. Self-confidence is dangerous at best because it leaves God out. If we are confident because we recognize that the Lord is working in us and through us, then we can say with the Apostle Paul, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
