These religious leaders which could say nothing against the healing of the cripple are the same ones who bribed the guardians of the Lord’s tomb to lie about the resurrection. Our Lord uses us in His work. However, without the work of God in a heart, no amount of evidence or argument will win the soul of an unbeliever! How important, therefore, is prayer for the lost.
