LUK 5:12-1312And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 13And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him. (Luke 5:12‑13)
Lord, if thou wilt . . .
I will, be thou clean.

Here’s a slightly different view of the Lord from yesterday. In today’s verse the leper had faith in Jesus as Lord and that He was capable of healing him. But he just didn’t know if the Lord wanted to. Jesus wasted no time in letting this poor man know that He was not only willing but it was done. And the leper was cleansed immediately. Never forget, young Christian, that Jesus wants to help us. All we have to do is ask.
